The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Regional Department of Cultural Affairs (DRAC) is a decentralised department of the Ministry of Culture, under the authority of the regional Prefect. The DRAC is responsible for leading and implementing the State's cultural policy throughout the region, within the framework of the guidelines set at national level by the Ministry of Culture.
